Who Got My $200 Invicta Wristwatch?

Who swapped out my Invicta Wristwatch with this cheap hunk of junk? Mine was in absolute mint condition. It wasn’t very old and never worn when I was wrenching on cars. In was in my top dresser drawer, there was an old Bulivia watch that I’d owned for around 25 years, It’s gone. I also had a watch back removal tool and a pack of watch batteries.

As the Bouliva got older the battery didn’t last as long. I purchased a Batteries+ lifetime guarantee but the cost of gas and the time to drive there to get its battery changed just wasn’t worth it. About this time battery life was down to 5 months or less. Searching Amazon I found a pack of batteries and a nice metal removal tool. Bought both of them for around $25.

In the trash bag with the old watch that someone obviously switched for my Invicta was a small box. Curious about what it was I opened it up and discovered my Mothers’s old wristwatch. Thinking back to when I was a child I remember asking her, wheres your watch? She replied It quit working so I stopped wearing it. Isn’t this discovery ironic? It’s Probably worth a lot! 🙂

Oh well, life goes on. Today they weighed me and I’m 262.3. In about three months I’m Nearly halfway to my goal of 200 pounds! Thank you, Lord, for giving me the willpower to eat the foods you put on earth. The human body was not intended to be a garbage disposal. Many of us are addicted to processed and fast foods. Remember God created all of us and provided the food he intended for us to eat. Don’t be a victim of commercial marketing!

As Debbie learned, the human body will actually heal itself if it’s given the proper fuel. To anyone that’s reading this article. I’ve had overweight problems all my life. Dad’s nickname was Fats it ran in his family, they were all fat. If you are obese this is the diet I was on in 2020-2022. Another weight loss tip is, to utilize the power of positive thinking, yes I can do this! 😉
