Monitors will include personnel from the Civil Rights Division and from U.S. Attorneys’ Offices. In addition, the division also deploys monitors from the Office of Personnel Management, where authorized by federal court order. Division personnel will also maintain contact with state and local election officials. On Election Day, Civil Rights Division personnel will be available all day to receive complaints from the public related to possible violations of the federal voting rights laws by a complaint form on the department’s website https://civilrights.justice.gov/ or by telephone toll-free at 800-253-3931.
Fox News reports: Gov. Ron DeSantis kicks Merrick Garlands Election Monitors out of Florida. Brad McVay, general counsel to Florida’s Department of State, told the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department in a Monday letter that the DOJ “seem[ed] to indicate” that these monitors will be placed inside polling places. However, he said that is not permitted. “Section 102.031(3)(a) of the Florida Statutes lists the people who ‘may enter any polling room or polling place,'” McVay wrote. “Department of Justice personnel are not included on the list.” Good Job Keeping Florida Free!
Is the Department Of Justice Poll Monitoring ensuring all voting rights are enforced? Or something else nefarious?? The polls will be open soon so go Vote RED full ballot to take back our homeland! 😎
Garland reminds me of the little shit-head, snot-nosed kid in grade school that snitched on anybody he could to gain favor with the teacher. I bet he was such a turd as a kid that even his imaginary friends would not play with him.
Federal involvement in local elections is unconstitutional
Yea, but who’s going to prosecute since the corrupt DOJ is perpetually committing the crime?
Shits fixing to hit the fan! 🤬
Get the fuck out my state, my governor concurs with me
Fuck Garland & his pussy beta males at the Department of Jackasses
Corruption everywhere we look from the Biden Admin. If they steal this one the people will be up in arms!
The most open election theft in history. They got away with it in 2020 and nobody went to jail. Why not just keep doing it?
Welcome to CWII.
Beginning to look like it! 🤬
It stinks worse than a DC Bordello at low tide! 💩
Nope, not in FL. Ronbo told them to eff off.
Gotta love Ron DeSantis!
If they do anything but observe, I hope they are arrested, stand trial and serve a prison sentence.

The corrupt DOJ is sending corrupt agents to make sure nobody interferes in the Democrat election theft.
Sure sounds that way. Anything Garland or Wray does wreaks of collusion!
When I heard this I immediately thought they are going to intimidate voters just with their presence.
It’s what the DOJ thinks, too. That’s why they’re at it.
I’m suspicious of anything the DOJ or FBI do.
The good news is that it sets precedence so DOJ can send people into Philadelphia, Detroit and other Democrat election fraud hot spots in the future.
Broward county Florida is the state epicenter of election fraud
