Why is the media silent about True The Vote Catherine Englebrecht and Greg Phillips’s arrests yesterday? What few small news sites shared truethevote arrests, sharing services were denied access to Facebook and Twitter APIs. From what I’ve found out a Regan-appointed judge wanted one of their confidential source’s names. When Englebrecht and Phillips refused to name their source, they were taken into custody. Neither Tucker nor Hannity mentioned the arrests during last night’s shows. So far this morning Fox & Friends has not mentioned the arrests either. The RED MAGA Tsunami is coming in 7 days! 😆

Do y’all notice that familiar verbiage from Reuters and the others since the 2020 election was allegedly stolen, spreading false claims about voter fraud? TrueTheVote Catherine Englebrecht proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the election was stolen. The major contributor was then Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg who funded activists working at polling offices and funding $470M in a major ballet stuffing operation. 2000 Mules was a success and folks flocked to theaters to watch and streamed it online. It looks like the Biden Admin weaponized the judge who ordered the credible journalists locked up!

Two leaders of a Texas nonprofit with a history of spreading false claims about voter fraud were jailed on Monday for not complying with a judge’s order to identify a person behind data at the heart of their claims of a conspiracy involving China. U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt ordered Gregg Phillips and Catherine Englebrecht, leaders of True the Vote, detained by U.S. Marshals “for one-day and further until they fully comply with the Court’s Order,” according to a notice from the federal court in Houston. Hoyt, a Ronald Reagan appointee, had given Phillips and Englebrecht until a Monday morning hearing to identify a man who helped them access data related to their allegations that a Michigan-based election software company had transferred sensitive poll worker information to China.

Texas Monthly Reports: Federal marshals escorted two leaders of True the Vote out of a Houston courtroom on Monday morning and into a holding cell. Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips have been held in contempt of court for refusing to release the name of a person of interest in the defamation and computer hacking case against them, who they claim, without proof, is a confidential FBI informant. They will remain in jail until they release the name of the man. 

Konnech, the election management software company at the center of those claims, filed a federal lawsuit in September alleging that True the Vote’s viral social media campaign targeting the company’s founder and CEO, Eugene Yu, led to personal threats to him and his family and damaged his company’s business. In podcasts and interviews, Phillips described a dramatic night in early 2021 in a Dallas hotel, where a man he later identified as Mike Hasson revealed what truethevote has said was hard evidence of Konnech’s alleged influence on the 2020 election. So it looks like True The Vote Catherine Englebrecht and Miks e Phillips will stay in jail until they give up their source’s name. Don’t seem fair, but there is a lot at stake here. It’s rumored Donald Trump plans on contesting the 2020 presidential election if Republicans take the House and Senate in 7 days.
