Whatever Happened To U.S.A Law and Order

I just read in a tweet that U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman had ruled that an illegal immigrant’s Second Amendment rights were violated when he was charged with unlawfully possessing firearms. Maybe we should be locking insane judges up in Joe Biden’s America? Whatever happened to Law and Order? 🇺🇸

American Military News reports: The illegal immigrant’s lawyers previously attempted to have the case against Carbajal-Flores dismissed twice before Coleman accepted their third motion on March 8. Coleman dismissed the case based on the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen, which expanded gun rights and directed lower courts to follow historical context about gun control laws.

Coleman wrote, “The noncitizen possession statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Carbajal-Flores. “Thus, the court grants Carbajal-Flores’ motion to dismiss. Prosecutors charged Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, an illegal immigrant, in 2020 for carrying a semi-automatic pistol in Chicago despite “knowing he was an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States.”

Coleman’s ruling just sent the wrong message to Millions of Illegals already in America, thanks to President Joe Biden and Border Csar Kamala Hari’s failed Policies. Let’s all pray nobody gets injured or killed because of Colemans’ lack of law and order ruling while possibly legally sending the wrong message to the masses!
