Saturdays Justice For J6 Rally was overly hyped by Democrats and the Biden Admin, who spared no expense putting fencing up around the capital building. The excessively large law enforcement presence would have been more useful in Del Rio, Texas where many thousands of migrants (Democrat Voters) wait to be relocated into our homeland. It is said the greatest majority of J6 attendees were Liberal media and undercover FBI agents, wearing apple watches. 🙄
RedState reports: There were more police and media than demonstrators at the Justice-for-J6 rally in DC today. One of the funniest images from the event was this picture that my colleague Brad Slager wrote about earlier. These guys were so obvious that a lot of people had fun mocking them. The coordinated shirts, shorts, watches, sunglasses, and what looked like guns in their pockets.
WTOPNews reports: One of the protesters was Doug Hughes, who in 2015 flew a gyrocopter onto the West Lawn of the Capitol near the site of today’s rally. He was jailed and lost his job but says he has no regrets. He was protesting government corruption.
NewsMax reports: Donald Trump said Saturday’s rally in Washington, D.C., will be a no-win situation for Republicans. “That’s a setup,” Trump said of the gathering, intended to show support for people arrested after the Jan. 6 attack, in an interview with The Federalist. “If people don’t show up they’ll say, ‘Oh, it’s a lack of spirit.’ And if people do show up, they’ll be harassed.”
Trump said the treatment of people involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol violence has reinforced that a double standard exists in the country. “There’s a discontent with everything having to do with politics,” Trump told The Federalist. “People are so disgusted with the way people are being treated from the Jan. 6 situation. It’s a combination of that compared to how Antifa and [Black Lives Matter] were treated. When you compare the treatment, it is so unjust, it is so unfair. It’s disgraceful.”
New York Post reports: A massive police response resulted in four arrests Saturday mobilized outside a fenced-off US Capitol Saturday as right-wing protesters denounced what they called the “inhumane treatment” of dozens of Jan. 6 rioters who remain jailed while awaiting trials. Fewer than 500 people, many of them journalists, gathered at the “Justice for J6” rally on the grassy expanse of Union Square, near the reflecting pool. Rally organizer Matt Braynard, of the group, Look Ahead America, made light of the huge show of force. “It’s a bit overkill, but I respect it.
